Precon / Estimating Services Currently Offered:
Quantity takeoff performed in Bluebeam and quantities are transferred to Excel file. PDF and Excel file will be provided.
Depending on job size, expediting fee will be added if turnaround is needed in less than 72 hours from upload.
Apply unit rates to takeoffs and add relevant markups to generate a budget. Accuracy will need to be verified with trades and suppliers as we do not order material. Sites over 7500 SF are slightly more
CPM Schedules provided in Microsoft Project format. If your firm has P6 access we can use, we can schedule a project in this format also.
Logistics plan development in Bluebeam, changes or updates to the plan will be invoiced as extra.
Services are available from scoping to writing contracts, just ask! Hourly rate, minimum of 2 hours required.
