Jeff grew up in New Braunfels (2006 Grad - Canyon High School), and graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX in 2012. Jeff and his wife, Chelsea, started MNJ after Jeff spent over a dozen very successful years as Project Manager in Commercial Construction, with extensive experience in Healthcare and Mission Critical Sectors on the General Contractor side of the fence.
At MNJ, our purpose and mission is to bring value by providing quality management processes to effectively and efficiently manage projects to create a Win-Win for ALL stakeholders. We intend to bring value to Suppliers, Designers, Subcontractors, General Contractors, and Owners alike, and we understand that relationships are key. Also, no two jobs are the same, so we provide services custom-tailored to each situation and the project needs.
Our expertise ranges from project budgeting, staffing and projections, scheduling, impact analysis, as well as staff training/development. Project closeout is an area where many struggle, but we can support here also in any way needed.
